Quick answers

Is Trastain a broker?
No. A broker takes a fee and leaves. We only take a share of each booking, so we earn only when you do.
What happens after six months?
You choose: carry on at 5%, move to full management, or run it yourself. We remind you a month before.
Can I stop?
Yes, with one message. Confirmed bookings stay as they are.
When do I get paid?
By bank transfer, InstaPay or wallet, on a schedule we agree before we start. Full management comes with a monthly statement of every booking and expense.
And if I prefer long stays?
Set a minimum stay, such as 28 nights, and turn on a monthly discount. Trastain takes stays of up to 365 nights.
Who comes into my flat?
Only guests who match your rules, and every request is checked before it's confirmed. We don't run an official ID check on every guest before booking, so ID is matched to the booking on arrival.
Do I need a licence?
Your unit may need a holiday-home licence from the Ministry of Tourism, and if you host foreigners, the law requires reporting them to the police within 48 hours of arrival and of departure. We'll go through what applies to your flat.
