Do I need my Airbnb password?

No. You connect your unit with a short code you add to the end of your listing's description, then remove after the check. We never ask for a password or enter your account.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account goes back to Free: area pages, the monthly check and the WhatsApp pulse stay; the weekly check and alerts stop. There are no automatic charges, so nothing is taken from you.

Do you promise bookings or income?

No. We show asking prices and activity shares read from the market, and say how each number is made. We publish no occupancy or income before checking against real bookings, and promise neither.

Connecting a unit and the check open in December, Pro and Portfolio in January. Ask now and we'll confirm the details with you on WhatsApp before any payment.

Why is Pro free on Trastain?

Because we only earn 14% of Trastain bookings, and with no booking you pay nothing. A unit our guests can book serves us more than your subscription, and our guests travel for a purpose, often on weekdays.
